The XRR21 Smith Machine require no weight plates to use this machine. The smith bar and weight bench all connect to the weight stack with cables making the XR21 the safest machine to use. No loading of Olympic plates, great for gym's with kids that can't get hurt throwing weight plates around to hurt themselves working-out.
The XR21 Smith Machine you can connect both weight stacks to all workout area's like the lat pull downs, leg curls and more taking advantage of both 264lbs weight stacks so you can work with 528 total lbs.
XR20 Smith Machine
The XR20 Smith Machine is a all in one home gym machine with jammer bars and a lot of attachments.
The XR20 have a leg press plate that mount to the smith bar and jammer bars in front that can do a variety of exercises and the jammer bars can use 3 different types of weights like connecting the weight stack to the bars or adding weight plates to the bar or resistance bands to get a different feel for each rep.
